All collections of YSU BC are fully or nearly fully digitized. The primary database for storing specimen data is Specify 7, where the corresponding collections have been created. The data is stored in a system of linked tables for specimens, localities, personnel, DNA, etc.

The database has tools for exporting to international platforms. The following collections are represented on the GBIF portal:

• The Fungarium of Yugra State University (YSU-F)
• The Fungarium of Elena Zvyagina (YSU-EZ)
• The Lichen collection of Yugra State University (YSU-L)
• Bryological collection of Yugra State University (YSU-MH)
• Herbarium of Yugra State University (YSU-H)

Using Specify Web Portal tools, open web portals for our collections have been created. A number of data papers are dedicated to specific datasets for particular collections:

• The Web Portal for collections of Northern West Siberia
• The Mycological Collections portal
